[Peninsula-Patriots] Fw: Please SUPPORT HB 67!!

This from Sue Long:
SUPPORT HB 67!! by contacting these del;egates.

Sample letter:
Dear Chairman Scott and Chesapeake Sub-Committee Members,

As a member of the VA Tea Party Federation Bill Reader Team, I encourage you to  support HB 67 so that your constituents may be spared the ordeal of Sackett v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

It is unconscionable to allow such a violation of private property rights as they are guaranteed under the Constitution and Virginia deserves better.

Isolated state waters.  Asserts that isolated bodies of water that are not fed by or replenished perennial streams are to be considered nonnavigable waterways and, as such, are not subject to regulation by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the federal Clean Water Act.
