Subject: Property Rights bills in the VA Assembly

DeWitt,  Could you please forward this to the Pen Pat list ?

There are two bills before the Virginia General Assembly concerning property rights
which we need to address.
These bills will permanently protect Virginia's landowners by closing statutory loopholes and strictly define public use of land and not broaden its meaning. Otherwise public use could be construed as public purpose as has been done elsewhere in order to implement Agenda 21 and the destruction of property rights. Please contact your Virginia legislators and urge them to support these bills.
The first bill to support is HJ3, which is in the House of Delegates. Contact your delegate and urge him to vote for it.
If your delegate is Keith Hodges, his contact information is
(804) 698-1098 capital phone
(804) 277-9801 regional phone.
If he is not your delegate, or you aren't sure, put your address in this web site
and you will get the name and contact information you need.
In the Senate the bill to support is SJ3
