HB 2229 Detention & removal of citizen from State; notification to SPS & locality by federal government

As Bob Rowland wrote, "This bill is an example of us separating our state from the over-reaching powers of the federal government.  I stated previously when Obama won a second term that we must build walls around our state and our community.  This is one example.  Keep the faith."
