Bob Marshall and Dick Black have introduced HB 2340. A synopsis and legislative progress is listed below. It does not go as far as I would like but it is a start. The bill has been assigned to the Militia, Police and Public Safety subcommittee. Call Marshall's office in Richmond and ask his aide what you can do to help get this bill out of committee.
