To those of you in Keith Hodges' District:

 

There has been a mistaken report on one of Hodges' votes.  He was reported by the Online System  to have voted against the bill that would have prevented VA assistance to the Federal Government in implimenting antigun laws and  detaining Americans falsely accused of being terrorists.  But actualy his vote was a Yes.  Unfortuneately the bill failed to pass, but at least he voted the right way.

 

Also, to his credit, as he states  " I have signed on to HJ654 recognizing the need for the Virginia General Assembly to oppose Agenda 21.   I have also supported numerous bills that reinforce personal property rights and worked hard to defeat bills in subcommittee that tread on these rights."

 

He is to be commended - and you all deserve credit for your educational efforts.  They  are paying off.

The online system says a no vote but the journal shows a statement that indicates it was to be a yes vote.  You will also be pleased. to know that am a  co-patron of the legislation.
