Dorothy Bayford, Tricia Stall and Republican Committee,   Below is a link to SJ 3, a bill to amend our constitution to prevent any government entity from taking private property for use other than public use.  In other words, they can't take your property to build a shopping mall.  Senator Tommy Normant is balking at voting for the bill.  I need both Dorothy and Tricia to contact their membership and ask them to call Senator Norment's office.  Respectfully ask him to support SJ3.  He needs as many calls as possible this afternoon.   Also, Republican Committee members and friends, please do the same.   Norment's office number is 804-698-7502   Link to bill:  http://lis.Virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?121+sum+SJ3   Copy and paste into your browser to read the bill   Thanks,   Dave
