[Peninsula-Patriots] Defund the MPPDC

If we fail to act against what we know is wrong, we are complicit with that wrong.

Dear Fellow Patriot,
Here is a great opportunity to have a big impact on preserving property rights.
Of course we are concerned about having a clean environment. Without a doubt we
want clean air and water and we want to be good stewards of nature.
But that is not the issue.
The deal is that under false premises regarding the environment, the "Greenies" have
as their goal to impose draconian regulations, which would take away our property rights.
The layers of governmental influence range from the United Nations to our federal government
and all its many agencies, the state of Virginia and even regional agencies,
in our case, the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission.
The proper solution is for local government agencies to do the governing. In these are those
who know best the local situations and who are most accountable to the citizens.
The Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission has said that it would be greatly hampered
if they don't get additional funding. (See the attachment for more details.)
We need to contact, in huge numbers, the Board of Supervisors in your community and urge them
to deny any more funding for the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission.  Can you email, snail mail
or call and if possible attend their meetings?
