Dear Fellow Patriot,
With government spending and cuts very much in the news, we need to be aware of the ways our tax dollars are spent. The trend toward a growing proportion of the population relying on government handouts (instead of labor) for its income has been apparent since at least the days when President Johnson's "Great Society" programs were initiated in the mid-1960s. Now, however, over 100 million people are receiving some form of federal welfare, which comes in many forms from at least 38 federal agencies.
The percentage of income people get from the government is equal to about half of all the income received by those who are working for a living. With this in mind, I hope you will give the attached your consideration and share it with anyone you think might become more informed.
