RE: Last Regular VFC Meeting for 2025

I had a couple of vendors submit applications this week.  See attached for an updated list of vendors for the VFC. 

• I have reached out to Dough Haus a few times and they always respond back they are interested but they haven't turned in any paperwork. 
• I also reached out to the Lil' Greek food truck a couple times but never received a response.  So I assume they aren't interested.  Also, I know she had asked  if we had another BBQ vendor and at the time we didn't but we did add Royal Treatz to the line up (Kathy Jefferson sent her to me) and she does serve a BBQ plate along with her desserts.
• Jay reached out to me earlier this week about a potential food vendor serving crab cake sandwiches and grilled cheese sandwiches (I think) but I haven't heard from them. 
• Next Level Coffee and Tea applied.  Attached is their menu. I emailed her to clarify if she serves hot or cold coffees but I get the impression that it is iced beverages.  Thoughts?  I know Dough Haus usually sells some kind of coffee along with their doughnuts.    

 

I plan to be at the meeting on Tuesday but I wanted to give you this info today.
